Damage Claims: All merchandise is shipped with excellent packaging. Any visible damage should be brought to the attention of the delivery person. In the event of hidden damage, a claim must be filed immediately with the carrier. If you need assistance with a claim, please email or call us immediately.

Shipping Time: Cue’s in stock will be shipped same or next day. Cue orders vary greatly, depending on the building stage of your cue of choice. Remember, these are not production cues. Feel free to contact us at anytime regarding ETA. We will email your tracking number when your cue is shipped.

Warranty: Your new pool cue is warranted to you, the original owner, for as long as you own it against defective workmanship. Damage or failure due to misuse, abuse, improper storage, or warpage is specifically excluded from this or any other warranty expressed or implied. This warranty is not transferable. Should you experience a problem with your cue that you feel should be covered under warranty, please contact us.
