KwikFire, a new brand of cue’s from Professional pool player Kelly Fisher has arrived. The brainchild and nickname of the US Open champion & 6x Snooker World Champion who has also achieved and held the #1 ranking on the WPBA.
KwikFire was formed in late 2007 and not even 2 years later has achieved a name for its self in the competitive billiard world. Kelly won the US Open and numerous other titles with the KF2 and the KF J/B. Our website is still under construction and we'll be adding content soon, so please check back often! Our underlying philosophy is to emulate the very highest standards and practices of the greatest American cue-makers. Carolina Custom Cues specializes in spliced-butt designs – somewhat a lost art except for a very few custom cue-makers. Carolina Custom Cues also produces modern inlaid or floating-point cue designs.
Carolina Custom Cues have invested in state-of-the-art computer controlled equipment and UV finishing to enable repeatable and precise components, intricate decorative inlays and durable finishes. In the fall of 2005, they moved into their new facility in Denver NC, just north of Charlotte.
The Carolina Custom Cues team understands the art and science of cue-making from the player's perspective. Their cue-makers are also pool players. Carolina Custom Cues knows there is no substitute for time spent at the table. They also know that a poor-playing cue can take us 'off our game', seriously jeopardizing performance. There is no doubt that a well-playing cue will improve results.
The KwikFire cue line consists of simple but beautiful woods, and all feature our patriotic red, white and blue ring work. Designed by fellow Professional and partner Val Finnie, our cues are constructed under our ever interfering eye right here in the USA by Carolina Custom Cues in Denver, NC. This enables us to bring our clients a line of quality handmade cues at an affordable price. ALL MADE RIGHT HERE IN THE USA.
Only the finest materials are used in our cues and each and every cue is inspected and hit with by Kelly Fisher herself before it leaves our workshop. If it doesn’t pass Kelly's test it doesn’t leave the shop. This enables us to stand behind our product 150%! This could possibly be the best wrap work you will ever see on a cue, and we will guarantee our ring work for life*. We turn and age our own shafts right here in AMERICA. We use only the finest maple and each shaft is turned 7 times!

KF SERIES - Every cue in the KwikFire Cue Line features our patriotic red white and blue signature rings. Each cue in the line, KF1 through to KF5, is numbered under the buttcap and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity signed by Kelly. The Merry Widows and Sneaky’s are not numbered.
Kelly inspects and hits with every cue before signing the certificate. Each cue is givin her seal of approval before it leaves our workshop, ensuring the utmost quality. If it’s not good enough for Kelly, it’s not good enough for our clients.
KF LTD - Only 20 cues are made of each design before that design is then retired and will never be used again. Each LTD is numbered 1/20, 2/20, etc.
KF ELITE - To bring an exclusivity to our line we decided on a few designs that will only be introduced to 1 cue. The KwikFire Elite Edition. Nobody in the World will have a cue the same as these designs, unless of course they copy it!!!!!!
